PACKAGE PROGRAM. If items shipped via ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Small Packages program are lost, dam- aged or destroyed while in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ possession, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL BE $100 per package UNLESS AT THE TIME OF SHIPMENT SHIPPER MAKES A DECLARATION OF VALUE IN THE SPACE DESIGNATED ON THE SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS AND PAYS THE APPROPRIATE VALUATION CHARGE.
