PACE. If your App or Plug-in uses copy protection and licensing technology from PACE Antipiracy (“PACE”), you are solely responsible for remitting per unit authorization and licensing fees to PACE for App or Plug-in licenses sold on the Avid Marketplace pursuant to this Agreement. You agree to execute all necessary agreements with PACE to authorize Avid to manage App and Plug-in iLok assets on your behalf for purposes of fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement.
PACE. The Group, Pace Trustees Limited and the Bank have agreed principles to sectionalise Pace into two legally separate Bank and Group sections within Pace, with c.21% of the assets and liabilities of Pace allocated to the Bank section, and with the removal of the Bank’s obligation to support the pension liabilities of the Group section. Agreement has been reached as to the recovery plan for the Bank section and the related deficit recovery contributions. It is proposed that this will be £100m over 10 years, with £12.5m per year from 2018 for the first five years and £7.5m per year for years six to ten thereafter. This recovery plan will be reviewed at each triennial valuation date in accordance with statutory funding obligations. The Bank will also provide initial collateral of
PACE. Article 13.1 above does not apply to adult family home providers serving Medicaid enrollees through a contract with PACE. Adult family home providers serving Medicaid enrollees through a contract with PACE may, however, pay dues to the AFHC through a mechanism established by the AFHC. The State is not a party to this transaction. PACE. This is a special service that gives health and health-related care to older people who live in the service area. This care is on a prepaid basis and is provided to people who are eligible for nursing home care. The words we, our, and us also mean PACE. PACE DOCTOR - Means a doctor who either works for PACE or has signed an agreement with PACE to give medical care services.

PACE. (i) Pace shall set up the Program profile in the platform of each TNC upon the Effective Date, subject to the terms of the applicable RAP Agreement.
(ii) Within 10 days after receiving a copy of an eligible rider’s completed Program enrollment form from the County pursuant to paragraph 4(b)(i), Pace shall register the eligible rider in the platform of each TNC.
(iii) Pace shall invoice the County monthly. Each invoice will include the following items for the month covered by the invoice: • a statement of the aggregate amount due from the County to Pace for the Program subsidy and any TNC administrative fees, which fees are currently $1.50 per trip (collectively, “Reimbursement Amount”); • a copy of the invoice that each TNC submitted to Pace in connection with the Program; and • Program trip data. (iv) Pace shall remove the Program profile and all Program rider registrations from the platform of each TNC upon termination or expiration of this Agreement; provided, however, if this Agreement is terminated in part pursuant to paragraph 8(c), Pace shall remove the Program profile and all Program rider registrations only from the platform of the TNC whose RAP Agreement was terminated.
