P erformance Report. Following the end of each calendar year, Spin will provide an annual report of Spin’s operations pursuant to this Agreement. Upon receipt of a written request from the City, which shall be no more frequently than monthly, Spin will provide additional summaries of monthly Charging Hub usage including: total scooters deployed at hubs, total trips originating from hubs, and total trips ending at hubs.
