P Entities. For purposes of this Section 10(g), a “Client” is a person, firm or corporation that is, becomes or is known to be an actual or potential client or customer of the D&P Entities as a result of a communication or solicitation by the D&P Entities or agents acting on behalf of the D&P Entities (whether prior to or after the date hereof).
