P ay Check Errors. It is recognized that the employee is responsible for completing their time card accurately according to Swedish Xxxxxxx policy. When an error is made by the Employer of four (4) hours or greater, the Employer will provide the employee with a corrected amount via direct deposit within two (2) business days. If the Employer error is for less than four (4) hours, then the employee will receive the corrected amount in the next pay cycle. Notice of errors must be submitted in writing to the Payroll Department by the employee’s manager.   • Invoice Errors If You find a material error in an invoice, then You must notify Dell in writing within 10 days from its receipt. Any amounts Dell and You both agree in writing to correct must be paid before the later of: (a) 14 days following the date of Dell’s corrected invoice; or (b) the original due date. If You withhold payment on the basis that an invoice is incorrect and Dell finds that the amount is accurate, then You must pay interest on the unpaid disputed amount from the invoice due date until Dell receives payment. You may not offset, defer, or deduct any invoiced amounts that Dell determines are correct following completion of this process.

  • Criminal History Checks The School shall conduct criminal history checks in accordance with Sec. 846-2.7, HRS, to determine whether a prospective employee or agent is suitable for working in close proximity to children. Information obtained pursuant to this provision shall be used exclusively by the School for the purposes of determining whether a person is suitable for working in close proximity to children. All such decisions shall be subject to applicable federal laws and regulations currently or hereafter in effect. The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.

  • May Omit Grievance Steps An employee considered by the Union to be wrongfully or unjustly discharged or suspended shall be entitled to a hearing under Article 6, Grievance Procedure and Step 1 of the Grievance Procedure shall be omitted in such cases.
