Common use of Ownership of Warrant Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Warrant. The Company may treat the person in whose name this Warrant is registered to in the Warrant Register maintained pursuant to Section 11.2(a) hereof as the owner and holder thereof for all purposes, notwithstanding any notice to the contrary, except that, if and when any Warrant is properly assigned by a notice in substantially the form attached to this Warrant as Exhibit B (or a reasonable facsimile thereof) duly executed by the Holder in blank, the Company shall treat the bearer thereof as the owner of such Warrant for all purposes, notwithstanding any notice to the contrary. Subject to Section 10 hereof, this Warrant, if properly assigned, may be exercised by a new holder without a new Warrant first having been issued.

Subject to Section 10 12 hereof, this Warrant, if properly assigned, may be exercised by a new holder without a new Warrant first having been issued.
