OWNERSHIP OF TRADE MARKS AND DOMAIN NAMES. The LICENSEE acknowledges that the Trade Marks and Domain Names shall remain the sole property of the LICENSOR. The LICENSEE shall not use the Trade Marks or Domain Names in any manner which tends to suggest or represents that the LICENSEE is the owner of the Trade Marks or Domain Names. The Trade Marks and Domain Names License shall not grant any ownership or security right or title in any intellectual property relating to the Trade Marks or Domain Names. The LICENSOR shall retain all rights not specifically granted to the LICENSEE in this Agreement.
