Common use of Ownership of the General Partner Interest in KPP Clause in Contracts

Ownership of the General Partner Interest in KPP. At each Delivery Date, Xxxxx XX will be the sole general partner of KPP with a 1% general partner interest in KPP; such general partner interest has been duly authorized and validly issued in accordance with the limited partnership agreement of KPP (the “KPP Partnership Agreement”); and Xxxxx XX owns such general partner interest free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, security interests, charges or claims.
