Ownership, Assignment and Recordkeeping. All Inventions shall be the exclusive property of Tennant. Employee hereby assigns all Inventions to Tennant. Employee agrees to keep accurate, complete and timely records of Employee’s Inventions, which records shall be the property of Tennant and shall be retained on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ premises.
