Owner’s Safety Program Clause Samples
The Owner’s Safety Program clause establishes the requirement for all parties involved in a project to comply with the safety policies and procedures set forth by the project owner. Typically, this means that contractors, subcontractors, and their employees must adhere to specific safety standards, participate in safety training, and follow reporting protocols for incidents or hazards as dictated by the owner. Owner’s Safety Program. The regulations and other requirements set forth in Exhibit L and as may be modified from time to time by Owner upon Notice to Contractor.
Owner’s Safety Program. You represent and warrant that You will perform all applicable Work in compliance with Owner’s Contractor Safety Program Standard Contract Requirements, as may be modified from time to time. Notwithstanding the above, You are the “controlling employer” as defined under Cal OSHA and will remain responsible for all fines and liability arising from violation of the Contractor Safety Program Standard Contract Requirements and Legal Requirements.
