Owner’s Representative Review Sample Clauses

Owner’s Representative Review. Upon receipt of notice the Owner’s Representative will promptly review the differing site condition and determine the extent, if any, to which a change is required in the Contract Documents. If the Owner’s Representative concludes that a change in the Contract Documents is required, a change order or work change order will be issued to reflect and document the consequences of said differing site condition. During the review period, the Contractor shall be responsible for the safety and protection of any underground facility or archeological/historical site within the construction limits. In the case of hazardous material, the Contractor shall not be required to resume work in connection with such hazardous condition or in any such affected area until after Owner has obtained any required permits related thereto and delivered to Contractor special written notice specifying: 1. such condition and affected area is or has been rendered safe for the resumption of work, or 2. any special conditions under which such work may be resumed safely.
Owner’s Representative Review. After receipt of written notice as required by the preceding Article, Owner’s Representative will promptly review the pertinent condition. Determine the necessity of Owner's obtaining additional exploration or tests with respect thereto, and advice Owner in writing of Owner’s Representative findings and conclusions.
