Common use of Owner Trustee and Delaware Trustee Clause in Contracts

Owner Trustee and Delaware Trustee. May Own the Ownership Interest and the Notes. The Bank of New York and The Bank of New York (Delaware) in their individual or any other capacities may become the owner or pledgee of the Ownership Interest or the Notes and may deal with the Depositor, the Indenture Trustee and the Master Servicer in banking transactions with the same rights as they would have if they were not the Owner Trustee and Delaware Trustee, respectively.
