Owner Parent Guaranty Clause Samples
Owner Parent Guaranty. No later than fifteen (15) days after execution of this Agreement, Owner shall deliver to Contractor the guaranty of ASM in favor of Contractor in substantially the form of Part 4 of Exhibit G (the "ASM Guaranty"), guaranteeing Owner's payment obligations under this Agreement.
Owner Parent Guaranty. Owner shall cause Cheniere Energy, Inc. to amend and restate, and Contractor shall amend and restate the parent guaranty executed by Cheniere Energy, Inc. and Contractor dated January 5, 2007, as set forth in Attachment N. 19.12 Survival. Article 9, Article 10, Article 12, Article 14, Article 15, Article 16, Article 17 and Article 18, Sections 3.4, 3.8, 3.10, 8.1, 11.5, 19.8 and this Section 19.11 shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement, in addition to any other provisions which by their nature should, or by their express terms do, survive or extend beyond the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Owner Parent Guaranty. Owner shall cause Cheniere Energy, Inc. to guarantee Owner’s obligations under this Agreement to the extent set forth in Attachment N.
