OWNER MAY INCREASE OR DECREASE QUANTITIES. The Owner reserves the right to make such alterations in the plans or in the quantities stated in the bid as may be considered necessary. For unit price items, compensation for such alterations shall be made at the unit prices bid. For lump sum contracts, compensation shall be made as hereinafter stipulated in Sub-section 1.07 Extra Work.
