Owner Completion Clause Samples
The Owner Completion clause defines the responsibilities and obligations of the project owner regarding the completion of certain tasks or portions of work. Typically, this clause outlines specific milestones or deliverables that the owner must fulfill, such as providing access to the site, supplying materials, or completing preparatory work necessary for the contractor to proceed. By clearly delineating these duties, the clause helps prevent delays and disputes by ensuring that both parties understand their respective roles in the project's timeline.
