Own-Funds Capital Projects. The Hospital acknowledges that until such time as the MOHLTC devolves the review and approval process for Own-Funds Capital Projects to the LHIN, the LHIN will provide advice to the MOHLTC about the consistency of the Hospital’s Own-Funds Capital Project with local health system needs during the MOHLTC’s review and approval processes, including at the pre-proposal, business case or functional program stages.
