Own Decision Sample Clauses

Own Decision. Each Investor has made its own assessment and is satisfied concerning the relevant tax, legal and other economic considerations relevant to such Investor’s investment in the Preferred Stock and Warrants and has independently evaluated the merits of its decision to purchase such securities pursuant to this Agreement.

Own Decision. 客戶瞭解其於開立帳戶、從事交易或使用服務時，應自行判斷為之，且基於其判斷從事相關帳戶、交易或服務之所有投資或其他任何決定，並接受所有與上述交易有關之風險及可能遭受之損失。
