Overview Program Scope. The scope of this Contract is to define the work activities, transaction pricing, forecasting process, service level agreements and remedies associated with the Services (defined below) performed by STI for AT&T’s eCommerce organizations (“AT&T eCommerce”). STI’s shall provide its ASP Solution to streamline the back office management process relating to the sale of wireless and wireline telecommunications services by AT&T eCommerce, improve cycle times for such sales, reduce the transaction cost per subscriber and create an exceptional customer experience. STI’s ASP Solution will enable STI to manage AT&T eCommerce’s business objectives. STI shall provide the following services (“Services”) under this Contract: • The process, tools and organizations that support AT&T eCommerce transaction management. Transaction management includes, but is not limited to: ▪ automated Transactions through the Order Gateway ▪ Manual ProcessingOperational metrics and executive reporting.
