Overview of Services. As part of the Services, Vendor shall provide data center Mainframe, Midrange, Web hosting, and disaster recovery, desktop computer/LAN/Server support, data and voice network, problem management and help desk services, print, and the other services, functions and responsibilities, each as described in Schedule A (Statement of Work).
