Overtime work on Saturday Sample Clauses

Overtime work on Saturday or the first day of rest in the case of shift work, shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2) the employee's regular rate for the first three (3) hours worked and two (2) times the regular rate thereafter.
