Overtime and Draft. (a) Overtime is offered in order of seniority. 1. Employees of the same classification at the base; 2. Employees of another classification at the base, provided that they meet the requirements of the position; 3. Employees from other bases, provided that they meet the requirements of the position and that there is enough time to travel to the base where the vacancy occurs. (b) If voluntary overtime does not allow the shift to be covered, employees may be drafted to fill the vacancy in order of reverse seniority, on a rotating basis. Employees drafted to work will be paid time and one half (1.5) their regular rate of pay for hours worked.
