Common use of OVERTIME ACCRUALS Clause in Contracts

OVERTIME ACCRUALS. All employees covered by this Agreement working the schedule set forth in Section 1001 shall receive overtime compensation in the form of a cash payment at time and one-half times their regular rate of pay for all time worked or deemed to have been worked because of authorized paid leaves of absence, in excess of their regularly scheduled work shift or in excess of 40 hours in a seven (7) day work period.
