OVERSIGHT SERVICES. Oversight services for the Fund provided by Price Associates shall include all oversight of Delegates and service providers that provide accounting, administrative, and tax support services and not specifically provided for under the Fund’s Investment Management Agreement. The Amended and Restated Agreement for Fund Accounting and Related Administrative Services of January 1, 2023, between T. ▇▇▇▇ Price Associates, Inc. and each Fund listed on Exhibit A1 and Exhibit A2 thereto, is hereby amended as of July 5, 2023, by replacing Exhibit A1, in its entirety, with amended Exhibit A1, attached hereto as Attachment A.
