Common use of OVERSIGHT SERVICES Clause in Contracts

OVERSIGHT SERVICES. The Subadviser shall, at the request of the Adviser, assist the Adviser with the Adviser’s overall supervisory responsibility for the general management and investment of a Fund’s assets and assist the Adviser in monitoring the ongoing performance of subadvisers for a Fund.
