Overriding Condition. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, this Agreement is without prejudice to the right to challenge, impugn the Interconnect Regulations. The Broadcaster reserves the right to alter, modify, terminate this Agreement, subject to outcome of any present or future challenge to the Interconnect Regulations.
Overriding Condition. In all instances, until the completion of the Project, conditions laid down for the Project by the Client will override any agreement between the Parties concerning the Project, including any terms contained in this Agreement.
