Common use of Overpayment Clause in Contracts

Overpayment. Provider understands and agrees that it shall be liable to the GLO for any costs disallowed pursuant to audit(s) of funds Provider receives under this Contract. Provider understands and agrees that it shall reimburse such disallowed costs from funds which were not provided or otherwise made available to Provider under this Contract.
