Overoccupancy Termination Sample Clauses

The Overoccupancy Termination clause allows a landlord or property owner to terminate a lease if the number of occupants in a rental unit exceeds the agreed-upon limit. Typically, this clause specifies the maximum number of residents permitted and outlines the process for notifying tenants and enforcing termination if the limit is breached. Its core function is to prevent overcrowding, which can lead to safety hazards, increased wear and tear, and violations of housing regulations.
Overoccupancy Termination. In the event that you have permitted any unauthorized person to enter or otherwise occupy any Accommodation, the premises, or the property, or have exceeded any guest limit as referenced-below, WRP reserves the right to immediately terminate your Reservation, with such termination to be deemed a cancellation by you.
