OVERNIGHT CAMPING. Exhibitor shall not cause or allow overnight camping, tent camping, sleeping or any such act on the Fairgrounds, or in any building or in any other area controlled by the Fair without the written consent of the Fair, which approval may be arbitrarily withheld in the sole discretion of the Fair. Exhibitor shall not allow or permit any open fires on the Fairgrounds.

OVERNIGHT CAMPING. The Licensee must not permit any person, to sleep overnight upon the property without the Licensor’s written consent unless this is in conjunction with the Permitted Use.
OVERNIGHT CAMPING. Parking: Overnight stays or parking of any type are not allowed. Water is not available for use. Vehicles must only be parked in the vehicle parking lot. Day use tents must be pitched in the large open field near the ball diamond to the north of the building. No RV's or motorhomes are to be parked in front of the building or in the lawn to the north side of the building at any time.

  • Overnight Trips If the Company determines that overnight travel is required, the employee will be reimbursed for expenses, which are supported by receipts as follows: A.   • Overnight Delivery When delivered by an overnight delivery service, charges prepaid or charged to the sender’s account, notice is effective on delivery, if delivery is confirmed by the delivery service.

  • Personal Delivery When personally delivered to the recipient, notice is effective upon delivery.

  • Certified Mail When mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, notice is effective upon receipt, if delivery is confirmed by a return receipt.

  • Usage for Voice Mail Message Service Rated Incollects (originated in BellSouth and from other companies) can also be on Optional Daily Usage File. Rated Incollects will be intermingled with BellSouth recorded rated and unrated usage. Rated Incollects will not be packed separately.

  • Mail Service The Union shall be permitted to use the State inter and intra-office paper mail system. This usage shall be limited to matters that involve the Union and the Employer. It is not to be used for the purpose of mass mailings to membership and/or bargaining unit employees. The Employer agrees not to open employee union mail when clearly marked as such. Where security is of concern, the mail shall be opened in the presence of the addressee. When feasible, and where equipment is currently available, Union stewards and/or officers may utilize electronic mail and/or facsimile equipment solely for contract enforcement and interpretation and grievance processing matters. Such transmissions will be primarily to expedite communication regarding such matters, will be reasonable with respect to time and volume, and limited to communications with the grievant, if any, appropriate supervisors and employee’s staff representatives. Long distance charges which may be incurred must be approved prior to transmission.

  • Dispatch The Power Project shall be required to maintain compliance to the applicable Grid Code requirements and directions, if any, as specified by concerned SLDC/RLDC from time to time.

  • Postal Service The Parties may designate substitute addresses where or persons to whom notices are to be mailed or delivered. However, these substitutions will not become effective until actual receipt of written notification.
