Overhead Damage. All drivers must be aware of the (unusual) height of the Vehicle and are responsible for all damage if driven under an obstruction that is too low for it to clear – the obvious examples are low bridges and height restrictions into car parks etc. In this event neither the Basic Insurance nor Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) will apply and the Customer will be responsible for the repair of all damages. Overhead damage is deemed as any damage to any part of the vehicle which occurs above 6 feet (1.83 metres) and or any third party property.
