OVERFLOW. The overflow pipe shall be designed to carry the maximum design flow rate of 1500 GPM. The steel overflow pipe will be 12 inch in diameter and shall have a minimum wall thickness of ¼". A suitable ▇▇▇▇ shall be provided with the crest at High Water Level. The overflow pipe shall extend down from the ▇▇▇▇ box through the tank, pedestal, and base cone. [Note: Consider routing the overflow inside the access tube in northern climates where freezing is a concern.] The overflow pipe shall penetrate the base cone wall approximately 1 to 2 feet above grade and discharge onto a concrete splash pad. The point of discharge shall have a 45 degree elbow and be equipped with a stainless steel screened end.

OVERFLOW. The University reserves the right to determine the use and assignment for any room as needed for overflow housing, including singles, doubles, triples, etc.

OVERFLOW. If you are unable to locate a parking space in your assigned location, please notify our office. In parking lots that are not controlled and unmanned Legacy Parking Company cannot guarantee space will be available at all times.

OVERFLOW. The parties agree and acknowledge the establishment of the Fire Marshal position with traditional overflow work assigned to the Assistant Fire Marshal.

OVERFLOW. Additional overflow and ready and return parking spaces, if needed, shall be made available by Lessor through its Airport Manager.

OVERFLOW a. Provide external overflow pipe as indicated on Drawings, suitably supported and extending to grade level. b. Diameter of overflow as indicated on Drawings. c. Terminate overflow pipe at 3 feet above finished grade to provide air break. d. Provide aluminum or bronze mesh insect screen and screen holder over air break opening.

OVERFLOW. If at 6:00 p.m. on any day, the Timeshare Modules are less than ninety-five (95%) percent occupied (without regard to the application of this Section 14.13), Timeshare Company shall provide available Timeshare Modules to Hotel Company at $50 (adjusted for CPI increases) per Timeshare Module per night. If the Hotel Rooms are less than ninety-five percent (95%) occupied (without regard to the application of this Section 14.13), Hotel Company shall provide available Hotel Rooms to Timeshare Company at $30 (adjusted for CPI increases) per Hotel Room per night.

OVERFLOW. On-site lodging must be prioritized first. Should overflow lodging be necessary, it is the responsibility of the Contractor to secure overflow lodging within ten (10) miles of the conference venue and provide shuttle service, consistent with the outlined shuttle schedule in Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work, Item No. 2.2 Location, between the conference site and the overflow lodging site.
