OVERFLOW. The University reserves the right to determine the use and assignment for any room as needed for overflow housing, including singles, doubles, triples, etc.
OVERFLOW. If you are unable to locate a parking space in your assigned location, please notify our office. In parking lots that are not controlled and unmanned Legacy Parking Company cannot guarantee space will be available at all times.

The first time that a Commercial Customer does not discard Solid 1615 Waste, Recyclables or Compostable Materials inside a Bin or Cart, CONTRACTOR will Collect 1616 that material without surcharge, but it will leave a Non-Collection Notice indicating that: 1) the 1617 Customer must place all materials in a Bin or Cart; 2) describing how the Customer can arrange 1618 for additional capacity; and 3) warning that if the Customer discards material outside Bins or 1619 Carts again, CONTRACTOR will Collect the material and charge the un-containerized 1620 surcharge listed on the rate schedule set forth in Exhibit 1. 1621 9.05.1 The second time, and each time thereafter, that a Commercial 1622 Customer does not discard Solid Waste, Recyclables or Compostable Material inside a Bin or 1623 Cart, CONTRACTOR will Collect the Bin or Cart and the un-containerized material and will 1624 charge the un-containerized surcharge listed on the rate schedule set forth in Exhibit 1. 1625 ARTICLE 10. CITY Collection Services 1626 10.01 CITY Collection Services. These services will be governed by the following 1627 terms and conditions: 1628 10.01.1 Conditions of Service. The CONTRACTOR shall provide CITY 1629 Collection Services to all CITY Facilities. Except as set forth below, CITY Collection Services 1630 shall be provided at no cost to CITY. 1631 10.01.2 Frequency of Service. CITY Solid Waste Collection Service, CITY 1632 Recyclables Collection Service, and CITY Compostable Material Collection Service, shall be 1633 provided at least once every week on a scheduled route basis. However, in those instances 1634 where the scheduled Collection day falls on a holiday as set forth in Section 6.07 herein, the 1635 Collection day may be adjusted in a manner agreed to between the Customer and the 1636 CONTRACTOR as long as service is received a minimum of one (1) time per week. The size 1637 of the Container and the frequency (above the minimum) of Collection shall be determined 1638 between CITY and CONTRACTOR. 1639 10.01.3 Accessibility. CONTRACTOR shall Collect all Containers that are 1640 readily accessible to the CONTRACTOR'S crew and vehicles and not blocked. However, 1641 CONTRACTOR shall provide “push services” as necessary during the provision of CITY 1642 Collection Services. Push services shall include, but not be limited to, dismounting from the 1643 Collection vehicle, moving the Bins or Carts from their storage location for Collection and 1644 returning the Bins or Cart...
OVERFLOW. The parties agree and acknowledge the establishment of the Fire Marshal position with traditional overflow work assigned to the Assistant Fire Marshal.
OVERFLOW. The overflow pipe shall be designed to carry the maximum design flow rate of 1500 GPM. The steel overflow pipe will be 12 inch in diameter and shall have a minimum wall thickness of ¼". A suitable xxxx shall be provided with the crest at High Water Level. The overflow pipe shall extend down from the xxxx box through the tank, pedestal, and base cone. [Note: Consider routing the overflow inside the access tube in northern climates where freezing is a concern.] The overflow pipe shall penetrate the base cone wall approximately 1 to 2 feet above grade and discharge onto a concrete splash pad. The point of discharge shall have a 45 degree elbow and be equipped with a stainless steel screened end.
OVERFLOW. Gutters may overflow during periods of excessively heavy rain. This is expected and requires no repair. Standing Water Small amounts of water (up to one inch) will stand for short periods of time in gutters immediately after rain. No correction is required for these conditions. Fall Creek Homes does not install a full rain gutter as a standard feature. We advise that a full gutter be installed. Fall Creek Homes does not warrant water coming in through a basement window well/window from excessive rain or snow. A full rain gutter will greatly reduce potential problems that may arise. HARDWARE Doorknobs and locks should operate correctly with little attention. Over time, they may need slight adjustments due to normal shrinkage of the framing. Occasionally, you may need to tighten screws.
OVERFLOW. If at 6:00 p.m. on any day, the Timeshare Modules are less than ninety-five (95%) percent occupied (without regard to the application of this Section 14.13), Timeshare Company shall provide available Timeshare Modules to Hotel Company at $50 (adjusted for CPI increases) per Timeshare Module per night. If the Hotel Rooms are less than ninety-five percent (95%) occupied (without regard to the application of this Section 14.13), Hotel Company shall provide available Hotel Rooms to Timeshare Company at $30 (adjusted for CPI increases) per Hotel Room per night.
