Common use of Overdraft Reporting Clause in Contracts

Overdraft Reporting. promptly upon request by Administrative Agent, if any Offshore Overdraft Provider has not provided the information required pursuant to Section 2.1(e) in a timely manner, a written report in form satisfactory to Administrative Agent setting forth activity with respect to the applicable Offshore Overdraft Accounts for the requested period and the applicable Offshore Overdraft Amount outstanding as of the end of the period covered by such report; and
