Overall Statutory Framework for Services. In the performance of this Agreement, ROL Holder and the Customer acknowledge and agree that, under the Act and the Water Supply Act, each party is required to comply with: (a) the Act; (b) the Water Resource Plan; (c) the Resource Operations Plan; (d) the Critical Water Sharing Rules; (e) the Drought Management Plan; (f) the Resource Operations Licence; and (g) the Strategic Asset Management Plan.
