Overall Project Implementation. 1(a) The Borrower shall maintain the National Commission on Privatization for the purposes of, inter alia, carrying out Parts A.1 (a) and (b) of the Project.

The Borrower shall implement the Project or cause the Project to be implemented in accordance with the Project Implementation Plan, the Financial Management Manual and the Environmental Management Plan and the Sectoral Environmental and Social Assessment, and, except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall not amend or waive any provision of Project Implementation Plan, the Financial Management Manual and the Sectoral Environmental and Social Assessment, if in the opinion of the Association, such amendment or waiver may materially and adversely affect the carrying out of the Project or the achievement of the objective thereof.

Within one month of the Effective Date, the Borrower shall take all measures necessary on its part to organize, jointly with CEB and SBEE and in conjunction with the Association, a workshop for the launching of the Project which shall cover, inter alia, disbursement and procurement procedures and detailed timetables for the implementation of the Project.

Except as the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall: (a) apply the criteria, policies, procedures and arrangements set out in the Project Implementation Manual, the Project Administrative, Financial and Accounting Manual, the Project Monitoring and Evaluation Manual and the PROADEL Environmental and Social Management Framework, PSAOP Environmental Assessment; and (b) not amend or waive, or permit to be amended or waived, the Project Implementation Manual, the Project Administrative, Financial and Accounting Manual, the Project Monitoring and Evaluation Manual, the PROADEL Environmental and Social Management Framework and the PSAOP Environmental Assessment, or any provision thereof, in a manner which, in the opinion of the Bank, may materially and adversely affect the implementation of the Project.
Overall Project Implementation. 1. The Sustainable Energy Unit (SEU) within the Energy Agency shall be responsible for overall Project implementation, including reporting and monitoring and evaluation for the overall Project, and procurement under Parts A and C of the Project. To that end, the Recipient shall maintain, adequately staff and fund the EA and the SEU with terms of reference acceptable to the Bank. The Recipient shall take the necessary measures to establish a financial management capacity, satisfactory to the Bank, within the EA.

The Borrower shall ensure that: (i) its representatives on the respective Boards of AGAIB-Savanes and AGAIB-Maritime shall meet the qualifications requirements set forth in their respective statutes; and (ii) the Borrower’s concerned Ministries and agencies shall collaborate with AGAIB-Savanes, AGAIB-Maritime and Unité de Coordination Nationale to assist them in the implementation of the Project and, in particular, in ensuring consistent application of the Borrower’s sectoral policies.
Overall Project Implementation. 1. The Borrower shall: (a) maintain arrangements, satisfactory to the Administrator, for the overall coordination and supervision of Project execution in accordance with the Implementation Agreement; (b) employ, in accordance with the provisions of Section II of Schedule 3 to this Agreement, consultants, with qualifications and terms of reference satisfactory to the Administrator, to assist in the carrying out of Parts B and C of the Project; and (c) ensure that training activities under Parts B and C of the Project shall be carried out in accordance with programs, including time-schedules for the implementation thereof and criteria for the selection of candidates thereunder, agreed between the Borrower and the Administrator.
