Overall Business Objectives with Respect to Asset. The Servicer will perform the Services with a view towards maximizing the present value of the cash flows over the life of the Assets from leasing and re-leasing or selling or otherwise disposing of Assets, taking into account the then-existing and anticipated market conditions affecting the operating leasing of used aircraft and Aircraft Engines and the commercial aviation industry generally and any restrictions within the Indenture.
