OVER OCCUPANCY. ~Over-occupancy is dangerous and illegal. Any suspicion of over-occupancy will be reported to the city staff, who will then conduct a spontaneous inspection. Anyone living on the premises who is not on the lease will leave that day. Those on the lease may face eviction.
