Common use of OVER-ALL SUPERVISION Clause in Contracts

OVER-ALL SUPERVISION. Parties shall exercise over-all supervision and control of all matters pertaining to the development and operation of the Unit Area pursuant to this Agreement and the Unit Agreement. In the exercise of such power each Party shall act solely in its own behalf in the capacity of an Individual Working Interest owner and not on behalf of the Working Interest owners as an entirety.
