Outstanding Capital Commitments. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.14, there are no outstanding authorizations for expenditure or similar requests or invoices for funding or participation for capital contributions under any Contract that are binding on Company, any Subsidiary or the Gathering System and that Seller reasonably anticipates will individually (and together with related authorizations or requests) require expenditures by Company or any Subsidiary attributable to periods on or after the Effective Time in excess of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00).
