Outstanding Amount. 3.12.1 the Fiscal Agent shall, upon request from the Relevant Issuer, (in the case of EFI Notes) the Guarantor or any Dealer, inform such person of the aggregate nominal amount of Notes (other than Syndicated Issues), or Notes of any particular Series, then outstanding at the time of such request and shall provide such person with details of the conversion rates used in determining the Euro equivalent of Notes not denominated in Euro, subject to receipt of the corresponding information in respect of each Series from the relevant Paying Agent in accordance with Clause 3.12.2; and
