Common use of Outside Commitments Clause in Contracts

Outside Commitments. The Officer shall not be constrained from ------------------- continuation of limited outside business commitments so long as such commitments do not interfere or conflict with the performance of his duties as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Any outside business activities which involve remuneration to the Officer, shall require the prior approval of the Board of Directors. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld so long as the outside commitment does not conflict with the Officer's responsibilities to the Company.
