Common use of Outside Activities of Limited Partners Clause in Contracts

Outside Activities of Limited Partners. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or as otherwise agreed to by the Partners, any Limited Partner or its Affiliate may engage in or possess an interest in other business ventures of every nature and description, independently or with others, including, but not limited to, enterprises engaged in the same business as the Partnership, and neither the Partnership nor the other Partners shall have any right by virtue of this Agreement in or to such independent ventures or to the income or profits derived therefrom.

Outside Activities of Limited Partners. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or as otherwise agreed to by the Partners, any The Limited Partner or its Affiliate Partners may engage in or possess an interest interests in other business ventures of every nature kind and description, independently or with othersdescription for their own account, including, but not limited towithout limitation, enterprises engaged in the same business as the Partnershipownership or management of other real estate projects, and neither developments or undertakings.
