Specifically, the work will include: Review title details, recently updated by others, and provide a comprehensive title and property information pack together with other advice that may be required by intending purchasers during the earlier stages of the tender process. Following liaison with the marketing agent provide advice on the legal structure of the disposal. Preparation of draft conditional agreement(s) and other documents following agreement with DH. Advice to the Department on contractual matters that may be required and act on it's behalf during the review of and ‘negotiations’ with the preferred purchaser on all contract documentation and legal matters. Advice to the department on on all town planning issues arising including agreeing and completing a S106 and any other town planning agreements on it's behalf. Liaise with DHs advisers and marketing agents as and when required. Liaise with the FTs solicitor as appropriate and complete the transfer of the FT’s green land to the SoSH at the appropriate time. With the Department and their advisers conclude the legal formalities with the preferred bidder. Deal with all post completion legal issues. Timetable

PayPal will make a decision, in its sole discretion, based on the eligibility requirements, any information or documentation provided during the resolution process, or any other information PayPal deems relevant and appropriate under the circumstances. Item Not Received additional requirements To be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program for a buyer’s Item Not Received claim, you must meet both the basic requirements and the additional requirements listed below: • Where a buyer files a chargeback with the issuer for a card-funded transaction, the payment must be marked “eligible” for PayPal’s Seller Protection on the Transaction Details page. • You must provide proof of delivery as described below.

  • APPROVALS REQUIRED Neither the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the other Loan Papers to which it is a party by the Company, nor the consummation by the Company of any of the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby requires the consent or approval of, the giving of notice to, or the registration, recording, or filing of any document with, or the taking of any other action in respect of any Tribunal except for the routine filing of copies of this Agreement and certain other Loan Papers with the Securities and Exchange Commission, except for any of the foregoing required of any Bank or Agent.
