Output Specifications Clause Samples
The Output Specifications clause defines the precise requirements and standards that the deliverables or outputs of a project must meet. It typically outlines measurable criteria such as quality, format, performance benchmarks, or technical parameters that the final product or service must satisfy. For example, it may specify the resolution of digital files, the materials to be used in manufacturing, or the expected response times for a software application. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, mutual understanding of what constitutes acceptable completion, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over whether contractual obligations have been fulfilled.
