Output Contracts. As of the Issue Date, the City does not have any “Output Contract” (defined below). During the Measurement Period the City has not and will not enter into any “Output Contract” (defined below) without first consulting with Bond Counsel. The term “Output Contract” is defined in Regulations § 1.141-7, and generally includes any contract with a Non-Qualified User that provides for the purchase of the output of Financed Facility. A similar contract with a Qualified User is not an Output Contract.
