OUT PROCEDURES. Prior to move-out, except for move-out after ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s default or after Lessor provides Lessee with notice of termination, Lessee must give Lessor proper notice of termination in the form of a signed Notice of Intent to Vacate. If, on the date of Lease Agreement expiration, a signed Notice of Intent to Vacate has not been provided or the Lease Agreement is not renewed, the Lease Agreement will terminate.
