Common use of Our Repairing Obligations Clause in Contracts

Our Repairing Obligations. 31.1 Subject to You completing Your obligations in Schedule 2 (Additional Repairs) if You notify Us promptly We will carry out such repairs, or provide such replacement Fixtures and Fittings, as We reasonably believe are required to the Property to protect the structural integrity of the Property to the extent that the item of disrepair is materially interfering (or is likely to materially interfere) with Your ability to operate the Business from the Property, or that the disrepair is causing (or is likely to cause) other items of disrepair for which You are responsible.
