The "Our Disclosures" clause defines the information that the disclosing party is obligated or permitted to share with the other party under the agreement. OUR DISCLOSURES. 1.1 Please read this Agreement carefully prior to accepting this Agreement. By accepting this Agreement, you agree that:
(a) your failure to pay the Price in accordance with the Payment Terms may result in us charging you interest, or suspending the provision of the Caravan until we receive payment;
(b) subject to your Consumer Law Rights, you have not relied on any representations or warranties made by us prior to entering this Agreement that are not included in this Agreement;
(c) subject to your Consumer Law Rights, we will not refund any amounts paid by you;
(d) our liability under these terms is limited to the Price paid by you for the Caravan the subject of the relevant claim, and we will not be liable for consequential loss; and
(e) we will have no liability for loss of, or damage to, the Caravan, any injury or loss to any person, failure or delay in providing the Caravan or a breach of any law, where such loss was caused or contributed to by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control or act or omission of you or your related parties.
1.2 This Agreement does not intend to limit your rights and remedies at law, including any of your Consumer Law Rights
OUR DISCLOSURES. 1.1 By accepting this Agreement, you agree that:
(a) subject to your Consumer Law Rights, you agree to indemnify us for any claim by a third party that you are not legally authorised to sell or otherwise provide the Devices to us;
(b) subject to your Consumer Law Rights, we exclude our Liability for any loss of or corruption to any data; loss or destruction of any SIM cards and SD cards; events beyond our reasonable control (including Force Majeure Events), Consequential Loss and for a delay in the provision of the Services; and
(c) subject to your Consumer Law Rights, our Liability for the provision of the Services will be limited to $100.
1.2 This Agreement does not intend to limit your rights and remedies at law, including any of your Consumer Law Rights.
OUR DISCLOSURES. As you know, we gave you an Application and Solicitation Disclosure when you applied to us for loan funding. The Application and Solicitation Disclosure provided you with a summary of key terms of this Agreement to help you decide if you wanted to apply. Next, we gave you an Approval Disclosure when we approved your application for loan funding, along with this Agreement. The Approval Disclosure summarizes some key terms of this Agreement. After you sign this Agreement, you will receive a Final Disclosure, which may contain the same terms included in your Approval Disclosure or updated and amended terms to reflect changes to your rights or obligations under this Agreement that are caused by events outside our control or that are otherwise permitted under this Agreement. (You may also receive an amended Final Disclosure from time to time to reflect any such changes that occur after we send you a Final Disclosure.)
OUR DISCLOSURES. 1.1 Please read these Terms carefully prior to accepting them. By accepting these Terms, you agree that:
(a) we may amend these Terms at any time by providing written notice to you;

(c) your failure to pay the Price in accordance with the Payment Terms may result in us charging you interest, or additional costs including legal fees, or suspending the provision of the Products until we receive payment;
(d) subject to your Consumer Law Rights, we exclude our Liability for Consequential Loss, and our Liability for the provision of the Products will be limited to the Price paid by you to us for the relevant Products to which the Liability relates.
1.2 These Terms do not intend to limit your rights and remedies at law, including any of your Consumer Law Rights.
OUR DISCLOSURES. Please read this Agreement carefully before you accept in accordance with clause 1. We draw your attention to: ● our privacy policy (on our website) which sets out how we will handle your personal information; and ● clause 9 (Liability) which sets out exclusions and limitations to our liability under this Agreement. If we refer you to a third party, we may receive a financial incentive (such as a referral fee) from that third party.
