Other Transactions Involving the Company. The Warrant Agent and any member, stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Warrant Agent may buy, sell or deal in any of the Warrants or other securities of the Company or become pecuniarily interested in any transactions in which the Company may be interested, or contract with or lend money to the Company or otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Warrant Agent under this Agreement or such director, officer or employee. Nothing herein shall preclude the Warrant Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Company or for any other legal entity including acting as transfer agent or as a lender to the Company or an Affiliate thereof.
