Common use of Other than the security interest granted to the Issuing Entity under this Agreement and as contemplated in Section 6 Clause in Contracts

Other than the security interest granted to the Issuing Entity under this Agreement and as contemplated in Section 6. 03 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, Wholesale Auto Receivables LLC has not pledged, assigned, sold, granted a security interest in, or otherwise conveyed any of the Trust Assets and has not authorized the filing of and is not aware of any financing statements that include a description of collateral covering the Trust Assets other than any financing statement (i) relating to the security interest granted to Wholesale Auto Receivables LLC, the Issuing Entity and the Indenture Trustee under the Basic Documents, (ii) that has been terminated, or (iii) that names the Issuing Entity as secured party. Wholesale Auto Receivables LLC is not aware of any judgment or tax lien filings against Wholesale Auto Receivables LLC. APPENDIX A PART I - DEFINITIONS All terms defined in this Appendix shall have the defined meanings when used in the Basic Documents, unless otherwise defined therein.
