Other Terms of the Notes. Without limiting the foregoing provisions of this Article One, the terms of the Notes shall be as set forth in the forms of Note set forth in Exhibit A and Exhibit B hereto and as provided in the Indenture. The Notes shall be payable and may be presented for payment, purchase, conversion, registration of transfer and exchange, without service charge, at the office of the Company maintained for such purpose in New York, New York, which shall initially be the office or agency of the Trustee.
