Other Termination of Service. If during the Restricted Period you have a voluntary or involuntary Termination of Service for any reason other than as set forth in Section 4, 5 or 6 above or Section 9 below, as determined by the Committee, then you shall thereupon forfeit any Restricted Stock Units that are still in a Restricted Period on your termination date.
